Privacy Policy

We use Klaviyo, Inc. to manage our email list and send communications. Your email address and associated data are transmitted to and stored on Klaviyo's servers in accordance with Klaviyo's own Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance functionality and analyze traffic. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect certain Site functionality.
We use the following cookies and tracking technologies:

We do not use cookies for purposes beyond those listed above without your consent.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove your data from our systems and instruct our service providers to do the same within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

To exercise any of the above rights, submit a verifiable consumer request to justin@themarketer.io. We will respond within forty-five (45) days of receipt of a verifiable request.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from the Site, server-side API key management, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. Notwithstanding these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
